One World Cafe

One World Cafe opened in May of 2006, serving lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. It has stayed true to its original mission of providing the community with great food in a place filled with warmth, laughter and a spirit of community.

“Join us in beautiful downtown Evergreen. We know you’ll experience soul-satisfying food. And you might even make some new friends!” said Susan Yeagley who, along with her partner Rick Caldis, owns and operates the funky, upstairs restaurant that specializes in good, healthy food.

“We serve funky, healthy, organic food. We’re as healthy and locally grown food as possible,” Susan said.

Enjoy pastas, hamburgers, sandwiches and hand-crafted salads. Saturday and Sunday brunch is served from 8am-2pm.

There is a full bar. You will find lots of locals and families there. Susan said people tell her, “Whenever I come here, I see people I know.”

“Indeed, we have lots of local support. So kudos to our customers. We love them.”

The Bistro at Marshdale

As you drive down Highway 73, you may well see The Bistro sign which reads: “The Bistro... serving memories.” That is the essence of The Bistro, say owners Sarah and Brian Amadio.

The Bistro is where rustic charm meets quaint and casual comfort with elegant simplicity.

Fresh French-style breads are rising in the pastry room early in the day in preparation for the evening’s guests. Smoking salmon aromas fill the air in the back courtyard. Garlic sizzles in the pan as the night’s sauces come to life, prime rib is being rubbed, tenderloin is being broken down, rosemary is being plucked off its stem. Another night of memories is under way.

“Here at The Bistro we celebrate. We believe healthy food is the essence of good living, warm company is the pulse of blessed hearts and wine is the flavor of the soul. Together it is a celebration of life,” Sarah and Brian say.
